Accreditation Process Overview
FRBH accreditation is conducted through a structured, documentation-based independent review designed to verify organizational conformance with the FRBH National Standard governing organizational safeguards for occupational psychological hazard exposure.
The review framework is designed to ensure nationally consistent evaluation across jurisdictions and agency types.
Accreditation evaluates governance design, activation mechanisms, oversight structures, and the durability of organizational safeguards designed to manage occupational psychological hazard exposure. It does not evaluate clinical care, treatment models, or individual outcomes.
Accreditation Process Model
The accreditation review framework includes:
1. Organizational Eligibility Confirmation
Verification that the applying entity meets structural eligibility criteria for organizational accreditation.
2. Documentation-Based Conformance Review
Independent review of governance documentation, activation protocols, oversight mechanisms, and structural safeguards aligned with the FRBH National Standard.
3. Independent Evaluation
Assessment conducted under documented impartiality and conflict-of-interest safeguards to preserve decision integrity.
4. Accreditation Review Council (ARC) Determination
Formal determination rendered by an independent Accreditation Review Council operating separately from executive administration and advisory functions.
Decision Integrity
Accreditation determinations are:
- Independent of executive administration
- Rendered under documented impartiality safeguards
- Structured to prevent advisory, financial, or administrative influence on accreditation decisions
Detailed procedural requirements are maintained in formal accreditation policy documentation.
Term and Continuity
Accreditation is granted for a three-year term and remains contingent upon continued conformity with FRBH requirements.
Ongoing conformity and continuity requirements are governed by formal policy.
