FRBH Access Fund
Ensuring Equity in Behavioral Health Access for Every Responder
Across the country, thousands of departments want to do better by their people—but too many lack the resources to build or sustain the behavioral health programs responders deserve.
The result is a system where access to culturally competent, trauma-informed care depends on budget lines instead of need—leaving gaps that affect those who protect us most.
The FRBH Access Fund bridges that divide—transforming philanthropic donations and corporate partnerships into accreditation assistance, training scholarships, and system development for agencies and practitioners nationwide.
“Every responder deserves access to quality care—regardless of their department’s resources.”
Established by the American Board of First Responder Behavioral Healthcare (FRBH), the Access Fund ensures that no public safety agency is ever denied accreditation, certification, or wellness support because of financial limitations.
