Bobby Watkins

Bobby is a senior government services executive with extensive experience leading federal contracts, prime programs, and subcontractor operations across highly regulated public-sector environments. His career has focused on contract oversight, operational accountability, and delivery of complex services supporting federal agencies and national missions.

He currently serves as Vice President of Government Services and Vice President of Huntsville Operations at Barrios Technology, where he provides executive leadership for government-oriented contracts and program delivery, including oversight of large, multi-year federal prime and subcontracting portfolios. In this role, Bobby leads program and project management teams, supports contract growth and transition efforts, and serves as the senior interface with federal customers and contractor partners.

Earlier in his career, Bobby held senior leadership roles across multiple federal agencies and mission-support organizations, where he oversaw large operational budgets, managed contractor workforces, supported legislative and intergovernmental engagement, and guided complex contract transitions and performance initiatives in high-risk operational settings.

Bobby serves on the leadership team of the American Board of First Responder Behavioral Healthcare, where his experience in federal contracting, program governance, and organizational oversight informs FRBH’s work to establish system-level standards that strengthen accountability and protect trauma-exposed public safety workforces.
