Chiquita Cooper brings a strong background in program and data management to the American Board of First Responder Behavioral Healthcare (FRBH), with experience supporting mission-driven work in complex federal environments focused on employee well-being.
Her perspective is informed by experience in data collection, analysis, management, reporting, and strategic planning, and by an ability to translate complex information into actionable insight that strengthens organizational accountability and mission alignment.
She is also deeply committed to service, teamwork, and community development. As the spouse of a retired law enforcement officer, she brings an informed appreciation for public service and the importance of organizational systems that support employees and their families.
Through her involvement with FRBH, Chiquita contributes thoughtful stewardship to the advancement of nationally consistent standards and accreditation frameworks designed to strengthen organizational accountability for trauma-exposed public safety workforces.
