Joel Williams

Joel Williams serves as Director of Accreditation Operations for the American Board of First Responder Behavioral Healthcare (FRBH), where he leads the operational administration of the organization’s accreditation infrastructure in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors.

Mr. Williams brings senior executive experience overseeing structured operational systems within complex, multi-site environments requiring disciplined execution, standardized processes, and institutional reliability. His leadership has focused on translating formal requirements into scalable operational frameworks that promote accountability, documentation integrity, and consistent procedural application.

A combat veteran, Mr. Williams applies mission-driven leadership and systems discipline to FRBH’s accreditation administration. In his role, he directs accreditation operations, evaluator coordination, and workflow governance to ensure that standards adopted by the Board are implemented consistently and with procedural rigor. Authority for standards adoption and accreditation determinations resides with the FRBH Board of Directors.
