Veronica Morrow is a licensed behavioral health clinician and senior organizational leader with more than twenty years of experience advancing workforce mental health, workplace well-being, and employee support systems across federal and commercial environments.

She brings deep expertise in administrative strategy, program oversight, quality assurance, and resource optimization, with a consistent focus on strengthening accountable, system-level behavioral health systems aligned with organizational mission and standards.

Veronica has provided clinical and operational leadership during large-scale disasters and disruptive workplace events, delivering psychological first aid and crisis management oversight and contributing to national efforts in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, risk management, and program development.

She serves on the leadership team of the American Board of First Responder Behavioral Healthcare, where her clinical and systems expertise in program oversight, crisis response, and organizational governance informs FRBH’s work to establish national, system-level standards that strengthen accountability and protect trauma-exposed public safety workforces.
