Program Development, Data, and Outcomes Evaluation
Effective behavioral health integration within public safety systems requires data, structure, and outcomes. This course trains practitioners to participate in or lead wellness program development—from assessment through evaluation. Participants learn how to define success metrics, collect data ethically, and demonstrate impact through measurable outcomes. This course highlights continuous quality improvement (CQI) models, performance dashboards, and communication strategies for translating behavioral health data into actionable agency decisions.
