Introduction to Sustained Functional Resilience™

Sustained Functional Resilience™ (SFR) is a systems-driven chronic care framework designed to support responder organizations as they address long-term occupational stress and cumulative trauma. This course explains the SFR domains and show how agencies can use the model to strengthen policies, leadership practices, and operational workflows that influence responder wellness. Emphasis is placed on organization-wide systems of care—not clinical interventions—to promote sustained readiness and functional stability across a responder’s career.
